Senior Technical Support - Tier 3

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Technical responsibility to support complex product issues
  • Isolate and identify root cause of escalated Level 3 customer issues
  • Able to access unfamiliar code, triage and / or work with developer to implement solution
  • Good understanding of multi-threading and concurrency related problems
  • Awareness and ability to associate customer issues to development related changes and limitations



  • A broad technical curiosity with proven technical understanding and problem solving
  • Experience with Windows, Solaris or Linux 
  • Technical background in Java Development, JavaScript and SQL database development 
  • Familiarity with JMS / AMQP messaging services
  • Previous experience SOAP, REST
  • Experience with Ant build system
  • Previous experience with Groovy scripting language is also a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English
