Internship

Our internship program enables you to join our Pre-selection Department and acquire experience and knowledge.

You will pass through the following stages:

Induction:

•             Company information – history, development, services and key customers

•             Getting to know the specialised recruitment teams and their projects

•             Going through all stages of the recruitment process

•             Working with specialised systems and tools

 

Research and analysis:

•             Conducting research for customers and drafting an exhaustive recruitment plan

•             Compiling and announcing job offers

•             Managing different recruitment channels

•             Review and assessment of CVs and profiling of applicants

Pre-screening of applicants

•             Conducting phone interviews and getting to know the applicant

•             Presenting the employer and open positions

•             Coordinating the communication between recruitment teams and applicants

•             Participation in the appointment process

Our expectations from you:

•             Strong motivation and willingness to develop

•             Communication and organisation skills, reliability

•             Very good knowledge of English and a second foreign language is an advantage
