For one of our reliable clients – a leading steel manufacturer in Bulgaria we are looking for Administrative Assistant to the General Manager.

Main responsibilities will be to:
  • Coordinate Executive and Administrative Directors’ schedule, prioritizing meetings and appointments;
  • Make presentations, organize events, translate in meetings and manage document flow in the office;
  • Coordinate the internal and external relations of the company;
  • Prepare speeches and announcements from the executive office, etc.

Requirements:
  • University degree – Business administration or related;
  • Experience in relevant administrative role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and in English;
  • Very good computer literacy (MC Office, Outlook, Internet, search engines);
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management;
  • Accurate and diplomatic professional who can work well under pressure;
  • Initiative, flexible and collaborative person with ethical behavior.
