Our client, Coca-Cola European Partners, a company with more than 25 000 employees, has an exclusive opportunity for an energetic and ambitious individual to join in their team of professionals as a Travel and Expense Specialist with German.

As a Travel and Expense Specialist, you will be responsible to deliver high quality services to key customers and build strong relationships with stakeholders in the Business Unit, also other key responsibilities like:
   • Ensures that Coca-Cola European Partner’s policies are adhered;
   • Supports Manager to provide reporting on a basis;
   • Provides support to other team members where required;
   • Processing, checking and preparing of advance payments;
   • Ensures expenses are assigned to correct cost centers;
   • Supplies advice on processes and policy where required;
   • Processing and checking of invoices, entry of paper based travel applications and travel expenses in SAP;
   • Travel administration, i.a. post processing of travel expense run, update of travel expense reporting;
   • Works to ensure the achievement of Customer Service requirements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys;
   • Assures that the appropriate internal control environment is maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Our requirements to you:
   • Bachelor’s Degree;
   • Minimum of 1 year experience as an AP/AR in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment is must;
   • Fluency in English and German (C1 required);
   • Strong team player;
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
   • Confidential handling of personnel data;
   • Time management, planning and organization;
   • Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level.
