Junior HR Coordinator, Sofia

For a client of ours: a company, which is an innovative global IT services and solutions company, located in Sofia, we are looking for Junior HR Coordinator! He/she will support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the resource management functions. He/she will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: 

  • recruitment and onboarding
  • resource and skills management
  • employee relations
  • etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment process in the organization (posting jobs, attending interviews, updating ATS system and databases, maintaining communication with candidates, extending job offers)
  • Communicating recruitment needs with recruitment vendors
  • Facilitating and hosting face-to-face and virtual meetings between job candidates and customers
  • Coordinating and attending career fairs and technical conferences
  • Maintaining employees and candidates records
  • Coordinates pre-employment reference and background checks
  • Supporting the on boarding process for new employees
  • Supporting all other related activities, such as company events and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or other relevant area
  • Willingness to develop in the HR and IT recruitment field
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing and prioritization skills 
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large number of tasks at once
  • Proactive, positive and can-do attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
  • Fluent English
