Learning and Development Professionals with English, German, French, Dutch or Swedish, Sofia

The role of the Learning & Development (L&D) Services team at CCEP is to provide support to the internal client, L&D team, comprising L&D Professionals, L&D Managers, L&D Senior Managers, and Associate Directors with planning, scheduling, arranging logistics for trainings and courses and reporting on training interventions. L&D Administrators also take part in ad-hoc projects and implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience.

Key contributions:
 Work with L&D colleagues to organize and schedule formal training interventions in accordance with the organization development plan/LNA and L&D processes
 Independent administration of trainings after discussion with sponsor regarding scope service incl. participants support, SAP PtP order, input SuccessFactors LMS, calculation of costs, follow up activities (feedback check, participants check, handling of invoices and rebooking via SAP FI)
 Organize logistics for training sessions (reserve rooms/inform trainer/security/ catering)
 Recording of all training conducted and updating of associated documentation
 Date and contract agreements with external and internal trainer, choice of place of venue incl. contract negotiations as well as support of partners (Maxment, Bridge2know)
 Create and manage purchase orders
 Consulting sponsor (divisions, Center of Expertise) regarding suitable trainer, resources needed and customer-focused view of trainings in SuccessFactors LMS for all new training
 Check of quarterly release updates in SuccessFactors including research in English online community, participation in English information meeting (online), planning test range in accordance with CoE and BS, adjustment of processes/documents within training team as well as preparation of changes for target groups involved (employees, trainer, team colleagues).Functional steering of ideal possibility of use of SuccessFactors LMS including recommendation of system configuration / upgrading (adjustment roles, reprogramming correspondence). Support of BS Teams regarding fault diagnostics as well as helping employees in use of SuccessFactors LMS.
 Administration of electronic training records
 Participate in L&D related projects
 Support for CoE in Performance Management process (compile plans, delete, forward), advice employees and managers in handling of problems as well as support administration / update of qualification profiles
 Implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience

Requirements:
 University degree in Human resources or related
 Experience in a coordination/ administrative role at least 2 years
 Knowledge of training processes is considered an advantage
 EDP knowledge (MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP)
 Solid knowledge Excel (Pivot, formula)
 Previous experience of using a Learning Management System will be an advantage
 Fluency in English and Swedish, German, French or Dutch (C1 required)
 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
 Strong team player
 Time management, planning and organization
